Present at meeting all board members and Principal: Tom Wright
Old Business: None
New Business:
- Carnival
- 9am inflatables will be delivered
- Randy will bring out tables and chairs
- Face painter will be there an hour before
- All vendor contracts are signed with percentage agreements
- Water and soda will be at the check in table
- Account Balance: $42,413.93
- Donation:
- $10,000 Allocated to principles fund for kids
- $10,000 Allocated to spend only on events
- Teacher Appreciation:
- Went well all doors were decorated
- Lots of leftovers were available for staff
- Bears to Bronco
- Need backdrop and will order from Amazon
- Think about next year getting a backdrop that can be used all year with the Mountain View theme.
- PTC will have rootbeer floats for the yearbook signing party and will have juice and cookies for Bears to Broncos. PTC will also set up backdrop for pictures.

Principal Wright Announcements:
- We had a good representation at track.
- Nemo play did great though we battled with some children being sick it still was a great show.
- Teacher luncheon was great along with doors being decorated and this year we were able to decorate all doors.
- Miss. Molisan will be leaving MV and moving out of state. Ms. Salee will take her spot and has already been hired. She was this year Mr. Dritz teacher assistant.
- No Meeting June 3rd.
